Day two of the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships was a successful one for the Lipscomb track and field squad. Sunday s action brought about some first place finishes for the Bisons and an improvement on the performance from Saturday.

Day one of the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships are in the books for the Lipscomb track team, and the results did not quite match the high expectations the Bisons had going into the weekend.

The Lipscomb track and field squad are headed to North Carolina to compete in the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships over the weekend. Several Bisons head into the meet with some of the A-Sun s top performances from the indoor season.

After an impressive performance at the Husky Classic over the weekend, Lipscomb junior Madi Talbert and sophomore Christian Freeman have been named Atlantic Sun Indoor Track Athletes of the Week.

The Lipscomb track and field team started off their two-meet weekend with a successful day at the Husky Invite.

The Lipscomb track and field squad will be splitting up into two groups over the weekend, with one group heading to the Hoosier Hills Invite in Indiana and the other trekking all the way to Seattle for the Husky Classic.

The Lipscomb track and field squad s trip up north to the Southern Illinois Invite was a successful one. The Bisons earned wins both on the track and in the field over the weekend.

Lipscomb track and cross country runner Kayla Montgomery s inspiring story has been featured everywhere from the New York Times to ESPN s E:60 series. On Monday, Montgomery will be going on The Rachael Ray Show.”
